Pricing and Setup - FAQ
How do I pay?
Credit card or bank transfer. There is a 20% discount for clients who pay annually.
How quickly can I be setup?
Usually within an hour of making a request. It only takes us a few minutes, but we do ask for a few details and it helps if you have things like text for your profile page already to hand. You'll want to set up course categories and venues - but that shouldn't take you more than a few miniutes.
How does the free trial work?
We set you up - it usually takes just a few minutes - and you use the system for 30 days for free. At the end of the 30 days you can either close your account or switch to a paid tier.
Will you help me integrate Coursedate with my existing website?
We can give you free support - if what you want to do is embed our Coursedate 'widgets' in your website. It's just 3 lines of code and we can show you how to do it in an online meeting. We do offer a more comprehensive paid technical support service for clients that want to make substantial changes to an existing website.
I currently manage my training with spreadsheets, can I load my existing data into Coursedate?
It depends on how the data is structured. We can load data (learners for example) for you - for a small charge - but we would need understand more about how the data is organised in Excel (column names, tables etc).
